Left of the Lake Magazine
Since November 2012, Left of the Lake has been publishing a free, quarterly magazine about the arts and culture that exists left of the lake between Chicago and Milwaukee. Each issue is printed in full-color on high-quality stock and contains articles about the artists, authors, musicians and other performers who are working in the region, poems, cartoons, and flash fiction, and showcases the artistry of our area's visual artists.
Who We Are
Left of the Lake, LLC celebrates the arts and the artists who create and reside left of the lake by by publishing a free, quarterly arts magazine, and by hosting the Kenosha/Racine Poets Laureate Program and the KraZines, the Kenosha/Racine Area Zine Makers.
Left of the Lake Magazine published its first issue in November 2012. Since that time, it releases a new, free issue each quarter: February, May, August, and November. In addition, Left of the Lake hosts the Kenosha/Racine Poets Laureate Program and the KraZines: the Kenosha/Racine Area Zine Makers.
